摘要 结合预制构件生产企业的特点,分析了建筑工业化下装配式建筑的生命周期模型,提出综合能效分析法进行生产阶段碳排放的计算公式,简化数据统计难度,并提出结合工厂自身工艺特点设置单位产能能耗比例系数的方式修正误差,跟进构件生产工艺和车间生产工艺2种情况进一步优化综合能效分析法的计算公式,为预制构件生产单位的能耗分析和装配式工程项目预制构件物化阶段碳排放的计算提供指导。 Combined with the characteristics of prefabricated components manufacturing enterprises,this paper analyzes the life cycle model of prefabricated buildings under the construction industrialization,and puts forward the comprehensive energy efficiency analysis method to calculate the carbon emission in the production stage,so as to simplify the difficulty of data statistics.The method of setting energy consumption proportion coefficient per unit capacity according to the process characteristics of the factory is proposed to correct the error,and the calculation formula of comprehensive energy efficiency analysis method is further optimized according to the component production process and workshop production process.It can provide guidance for energy consumption analysis of prefabricated components production unit and carbon emission calculation of prefabricated components in physicochemical stage of prefabricated engineering project.
