盾构近距离下穿暗挖隧道施工控制技术

摘要 城市地铁盾构施工中不可避免会遇到各类近距离施工问题,给实际施工带来了一定的挑战。以某盾构区间隧道为背景,对盾构近距离下穿暗挖隧道的施工控制技术进行了深入研究,并提出了土舱压力和出土量控制、碴土改良、二次注浆、泥浆控制系统改造和掘进参数优化等针对性的施工控制技术,且通过监测分析对施工控制技术进行评价。结果表明,通过一系列综合控制技术,出入段线地表和暗挖隧道初衬的变形值均能够满足要求,所提出的控制措施是有效可靠的,可供类似工程参考。 Various short-distance construction problems will inevitably be encountered in urban subway shield construction,which brings certain challenges to actual construction.With a shield tunnel as a background,the construction control technology of the shield tunnel crossing underground excavation tunnel at short distance was studied in depth,and targeted construction control technologies such as control of soil pressure and excavation volume,ballast soil improvement,secondary grouting,mud control system transformation and tunneling parameter optimization were proposed,and construction control technology is evaluated through monitoring and analysis.The results show that through a series of comprehensive control technologies,the deformation values of the surface of the entry and exit section and the initial lining of the excavated tunnel can meet the requirements.The proposed control measures are effective and reliable,and can be used as a reference for similar projects.
