乡村振兴战略背景下林业职后教育培训资源构建与实践--以福建林业职业技术学院为例 被引量:1

摘要 在乡村振兴战略背景下,依托林业行业优势和林业高校教育培训资源,借助终身教育型综合培训系统,通过培育校外继续教育基地、校企(校村)党建共建示范点,建立林业培训中心、职后培训高水平融合型实训基地、科技协同创新中心(平台)、林业科技特派员办公室及远程培训及现代化教学等培训资源;提升培训软硬件条件,创新职后教育培训模式,培养综合素质高、专业能力强、思想品德高,直接服务林业行业企业、乡村的专业技术人才和新型职业农民。 Under the background of rural revitalization strategy,relying on the advantages in the forestry industry as well as education and training resources in forestry colleges and universities,this college fosters several training resources according to industry characteristics within the comprehensive training system of lifelong education,those resources include off-campus continuing education training bases,demonstration sites of party construction between schools and enterprises(schools and villages),forestry training centers,integrated post-training bases with high level,collaborative innovation centers(platforms)of science and technology,offices for commissioners of forestry science and technology,remote training and modern teaching,etc.In this way,the college improves the software and hardware conditions for training,innovating post education and training mode,cultivating professional and technical personnel for forestry industry and new type of professional farmers who are equipped with high comprehensive quality,professional ability and ideological and moral standards,and can directly serve in enterprises of forestry industry and villages.
