体内法和体外法评估断奶仔猪日粮中添加不同含量酶解蛋白肽的作用效果 被引量:1

Evaluation of the effect of different content of enzymatic protein peptide in diet of weaned piglets by in vivo and in vitro methods

摘要 试验旨在研究断奶仔猪日粮中添加不同含量酶解蛋白肽的作用效果。选取150头21日龄体重相近的健康"杜×长×大"三元杂交断奶仔猪,随机分为5组,每组5个重复,每个重复6头猪(公、母各半)。试验期28 d。对照组仔猪饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别在基础日粮中添加2%、4%、6%和8%的酶解蛋白肽,模拟仔猪胃肠消化环境研究其体外消化水平,研究酶解蛋白肽对仔猪生长性能、血清指标和营养物质表观消化率的影响。结果表明,与对照组相比,6%和8%酶解蛋白肽组断奶仔猪平均日采食量和平均日增重均极显著增加(P<0.01);腹泻率极显著降低(P<0.01)。试验第28 d,各组仔猪血清尿素氮含量均极显著低于对照组(P<0.01);血清球蛋白含量均极显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。8%酶解蛋白肽组仔猪干物质消化率显著升高(P<0.05);6%和8%酶解蛋白肽组仔猪粗蛋白消化率均极显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。研究表明,断奶仔猪日粮中添加酶解蛋白肽的最适添加量为6%~8%,可以明显提高断奶仔猪的生长性能,改善血清蛋白质合成代谢指标,提高干物质和蛋白质的表观消化率。 The experiment was to evaluate the effect of adding different levels of enzymatic protein peptides in diet of weand piglets. A total of 150 healthy 21-day-old ’Duroc×Landrace×Large’ white crossbred weaned piglets with similar body weight were randomly divided into five groups, with five replicates in each group and six piglets in each replicate,half in male and female. The experiment lasted 28 d. The piglets in control group were fed with basel diet, and the piglets in experimental groups were fed with basel diet supplmented with 2%, 4%, 6% and 8% enzymatic protein peptide,simulating the gastrointestinal digestion environment of piglets to study in vitro digestion level, effect on growth performance, serum indexes and apparent digestibility of nutrients. The results showed that compared with control group,average daily feed intake(ADFI) and average daily gain(ADG) of weaned piglets in 6% and 8% enzymatic protein peptide group were extremely increased(P<0.01), and the diarrhea rate was extremely decreased(P<0.01). On 28 d, the serum urea nitrogen content in all groups was extremely lower than that in control group(P<0.01), and the serum globulin content was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.01). Dry matter digestibility of piglets in 8% enzymatic protein peptide group was significantly increased(P<0.05). Crude protein digestibility in 6% and 8% enzymolysis protein peptide groups was extremely higher than that in control group(P<0.01). The experiment indicates that enzymatic protein peptide can improve the growth performance of weaned piglets, the index of serum protein synthesis and metabolism, and increase the apparent digestibility of dry matter and protein, and the most suitable addition is 6%~8%.
