不同脂肪水平的叶黄素饲料对黄金锦鲤生长性能和体色的影响 被引量:4

Effect of dietary lutein with different levels of lipid on growth performance and body color of Yamabaki ogon

摘要 试验以初始体重(25.97±0.20) g黄金锦鲤(Yamabaki ogon)为研究对象,研究在不同脂肪水平饲料中添加叶黄素对其生长性能及体色的影响。选取体质健壮、规格一致黄金锦鲤360尾,随机分为6组,每组3个重复,每个重复20尾鱼。对照组(D0)不添加叶黄素,试验组D1~D5分添加200 mg/kg叶黄素,D0~D5的饲料脂肪水平分别为10.19%、3.51%、6.35%、9.90%、12.61%、16.64%。试验期6 w。结果显示,随着饲料脂肪含量的增加,各试验组鱼体末均重、增重率、特定生长率、蛋白质效率呈现"先升后降"的趋势,且D3组显著高于D1、D2、D4和D5组(P<0.05);D3组的增重率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。D1~D5组饲料系数呈现"先降后升"的趋势,D3组的饲料系数显著低于D1、D2、D4和D5组(P<0.05)。D3组黄度(b^(*))值在第2 w显著高于其他试验组(P<0.05),且比试验开始之前提高58.13%,2~4 w、4~6 w的b^(*)值分别提高6.84%和10.16%。D1~D5组的肝胰脏、鳞片、肠、脾脏和肾脏组织中总类胡萝卜素含量均显著高于D0组(P<0.05)。研究表明,投喂2 w叶黄素含量为200 mg/kg、脂肪含量为9.90%的饲料,可提高黄金锦鲤生长性能和并有较好的着色效果。 The experiment was to investigate the effect of lutein supplementation on growth performance and body color of Yamabaki ogon with an initial body weight of(25.97±0.20) g. A total of 360 healthy Yamabaki ogon with the same specifications were randomly divided into six groups with three replicates in each group and 20 fish in each replicate.Control group(D0) was not added with lutein, and experimental groups D1 to D5 were added with 200 mg/kg lutein,and the dietary lipid levels of D0 to D5 were 10.19%, 3.51%, 6.35%, 9.90%, 12.61% and 16.64%, respectively. The experiment lasted for 6 w. The results showed that with dietary lipid content increasing, average body weight at end,weight gain rate, specific growth rate and protein efficiency ratio in experimental groups were firstly increased and then decreased, and those in group D3 were significantly higher than those in group D1, D2, D4 and D5(P<0.05). The weight gain rate in group D3 was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05). Feed conversion ratio in group D1~D5 was firstly decreased and then increased, and feed conversion ratio in group D3 was significantly lower than that in group D1, D2, D4 and D5(P<0.05). The b^(*) value in group D3 was significantly higher than that in other groups(P<0.05) at 2 w,which was increased by 58.13% from the beginning, the b^(*) value from 2 to 4 w was increased by6.84%, and the b^(*) value from 4 to 6 w was increased by 10.16%. The content of total carotenoids in hepatopancreas,scales, intestine, spleen and kidney in group D1~D5 were significantly higher than those in group D0(P<0.05). The experiment indicates that feeding 200 mg/kg lutein and9.90% fat for 2 w can improve the growth performance and color effect of Yamabaki ogon.
