摘要
利用水热法成功地制备了暴露{110}和{001}晶面的ZnO纳米催化剂(ZnO-001和ZnO-110),并采用XRD、TEM、SEM等技术对其晶相结构和形貌进行了表征,同时对其光催化产氢和光催化降解盐酸四环素性能进行了进一步研究。光催化实验结果表明:ZnO-110比ZnO-001具有更优异的光催化产氢和光降解盐酸四环素性能。进一步通过荧光、瞬态光电流、羟基自由基等表征技术,探索了ZnO-110表现出较高催化活性的原因。
ZnO nanocatalysts(ZnO-001 and ZnO-110)with exposed{110}and{001}crystal planes are successfully prepared by hydrothermal method.Their crystal structure and morphology are obtained by XRD,TEM and SEM techniques.The performance of photocatalytic hydrogen production and photocatalytic degradation of tetracycline hydrochloride are further studied.The photocatalytic experimental results show that ZnO-110 has higher photocatalytic efficiency than ZnO-001.Furthermore,The reason why ZnO-110 shows high catalytic activity is further explored by fluorescence,transient photocurrent and hydroxyl radical characterization techniques.
