Construction of Evaluation Index System for High-quality Development of Manufacturing Enterprises

以利益相关者理论、可持续发展理论和内生增长理论为基础确定了制造企业高质量的内涵界定及测量指标,采用专家打分、通过层次分析法计算出各层级、各指标的权重,设计出了包括高效率增长、有效供给增长、中高端结构增长、绿色增长、可持续增长、和谐增长的6个一级指标、22个基础指标的制造企业高质量发展的评价指标体系。

Based on stakeholder theory,sustainable development theory and endogenous growth theory,the connotation definition and measurement indexes of high quality of manufacturing enterprises are determined,the weights of each level and index are calculated by expert scoring and hierarchical analysis,and six first-level indexes including high efficiency growth,effective supply growth,middle and high-end structural growth,green growth,sustainable growth and harmonious growth,and 22 basic indexes are designed.The evaluation index system of high-quality development of manufacturing enterprises includes 6 first-level indexes and 22 basic indexes.
