The development of industry and local economy have put forward new requirements for the theoretical knowledge,innovation ability and humanistic quality of engineering and technical talents.Therefore,local chemical colleges and universities must reform the talent training.They should constantly improve students’humanistic quality,strengthen the quality control of talent training and make continuous improvement.
