品管圈在提高责任护士对患者病情知晓率中的应用

目的探讨品管圈在提高责任护士对患者病情知晓率中的应用效果。方法:成立品管圈小组,以“提高责任护士对患者病情知晓率”作为主题,对活动前患者病情知晓率进行分析,总结责任护士对患者病情知晓率低的原因并制定相应改进措施,将实施前后患者病情知晓率进行对比。结果:实施后责任护士对患者病情掌握程度达到89.25%,较之前67.95%明显提升。结论:品管圈能够提高责任护士对患者病情知晓率,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the application of Quality Control Circle in improving the awareness of patients.Method A QCC group was set up to"improve the awareness of nurses to patients'condition"as the theme,analyzed the patients'condition awareness rate before the activity,summarized the reasons for the low rate of patients'condition,and formulated corresponding improvement measures,and compared the patient's condition awareness rate before and after the implementation.Results After the implementation,the nurses reached 89.25%,significantly compared with 67.95%.Conclusion QCC can improve the awareness of nurses on patients'conditions,which is worth clinical promotion.
