摘要 根据国务院印发《国家职业教育改革实施方案》(职教20条)的精神,结合中职院校学生学情,在职业院校进行了基于工作过程的《新能源汽车维护》理实一体化教学改革与实践。首先进行了企业调研,进行岗位分析,开展了实践专家访谈会,提取典型工作任务并设计学习情境,开发了相关的教学资源,并设计一体化教室。采用过程性评价与结果性评价相结合的考核方式。经过课程实施,取得了良好的教学效果。 In accordance with the spirit of the"National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan"(20 Vocational Education)issued by the State Council,combined with the academic conditions of students in secondary vocational colleges,the"New Energy Vehicle Maintenance"based on the work process has been integrated in teaching reform and practice in vocational colleges.First,the article conducted enterprise research,conducted job analysis,conducted practical expert interviews,extracted typical work tasks and designed learning situations,developed relevant teaching resources,and designed integrated classrooms.The assessment method that combines process evaluation and result evaluation is adopted.After the implementation of the course,good teaching results have been achieved.
