摘要
实施“1+X”证书制度,对高职院校深化复合型技术技能人才培养模式改革和提升人才培养质量具有重要意义。我们参照“汽车运用与维修专业”1+X职业技能等级标准,从书证融通、人才培养方案、课程体系、课程实施等方面进行探索与实践,为本专业继续推进1+X证书制度提供经验。
The implementation of the"1+X"certificate system is of great significance to deepening the reform of compound technical talents and improving the quality of talent training in higher vocational colleges.Referring to the 1+X vocational skill level standard of"Automobile Application and Maintenance Major",the article explores and practices from the aspects of integration of book certificate,talent training program,curriculum system and curriculum implementation,so as to provide experience to continue to promote the 1+X certificate system of this major.
