基于SWOT分析的新能源汽车发展策略研究--以南通市比亚迪为例

Research on the Development Strategy of New EnergyV ehicles Based on SWOT Analysis Take BYD in Nantong City as an Example

新能源的发展之路到目前为止仍存在诸多难点,探究比亚迪汽车的发展环境,并以南通市比亚迪4s店为起点对新能源汽车的基本情况进行调查,重点运用SWOT分析法得出其存在续航里程短、基础设施有待完善等问题,基于此提出相关发展战略的建议。

There are still many difficulties in the development of new energy so far.The development environment of BYD cars is explored,and the basic situation of new energy vehicles is investigated from the BYD 4s store in Nantong City.The SWOT analysis method is used to determine the existence of battery life.Based on such issues as short mileage and infrastructure to be improved,relevant development strategies are proposed.
