基于CVT的液力变矩器起步滑摩控制研究

摘要 液力变矩器作为搭载无级变速器车型的重要动力传递部件。在分析当前液力变矩器控制策略基础上,增加一种新的适用于车辆起步时的液力变矩器滑摩状态;分析液力变矩器处于这种滑摩状态时的动力传递,在保护液力变矩器的基础上识别车辆起步工况并通过液压控制使液力变矩器进入起步滑摩状态。该控制策略开发过程遵守ASPICE流程规范以保证软件的开发质量,以TCU(变速器控制器)为载体在实车上完成验证。 Hydraulic torque converter is an important part of power transmission for CVT models,Based on the analysis of the current torque convertercontrol strategy,a new torque converter sliding state is proposed.The power transfer of the torque converter in this sliding state was analyzed.The vehicle starting condition was identified based on the protection of the torque converterand the torque converter was put into the starting sliding state by hydraulic control.The development process of the control strategy fully complies with the ASPICE process specification to ensure the quality of software development,and the TCU(transmission controller)is used as the carrier to complete the verification in the real vehicle.
