当前,企业间竞争日趋激烈,一个稳定的、具有高度责任心和事业心,对企业忠诚的员工队伍成为了企业高质量发展的重要基础,而企业文化可以形成强大的向心力,使员工万众一心、步调一致,为实现企业目标而努力奋斗。文章分析了沧州大化企业文化的形成过程,从践行初心使命,坚持以人为本,一切为了“企业发展、员工幸福”;强化底线意识,凝聚智慧力量,提升企业本质安全水平;突出党史教育,汲取智慧力量,助力企业高质量发展等三个大方面进行了总结、归纳,摆出了具体事实依据,点明了宣传文化对高质量发展的重要作用。
In modern times,the competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly intense.A stable and professional staff team with highly responsibility and dedication has become a crucial foundation for an enterprise to achieve the high-quality development.Enterprise culture can form a strong centripetal force to keep employees united,keep pace and strive hard to realize the goal.The article analyzes the formation process of Cangzhou Dahua’s enterprise culture.It summarizes three major aspects of enterprise culture including fulfilling the original mission,adhering to people-oriented,doing everything for the“enterprise development and employee happiness”;strengthening the bottom line awareness,gathering wisdom,improving the essential safety level of the enterprise;highlighting education of party history and absorbing wisdom to promote the high-quality development.By presenting specific factual basis,the article clarifies the essential role of publicity culture on the high-quality development.
