世界经济一体化所带来的市场竞争压力对于企业来说是非常大的,市场的优胜劣汰也是基本法则,在这种背景下,企业要想在市场上生存下来选取优秀的供应商是必不可少的。供应商初始选取成功并不代表企业会一直成功,对供应商进行绩效管理是非常重要的。当前中国对供应商的绩效管理存在诸多问题,可以通过四个策略进行改进:第一,供应商绩效考核管理方法的优化,包括优化供应商数据库、细化供应商分类和简化供应商绩效考核指标;第二,供应商绩效考核系统设置优化,包括供应商绩效考核系统设置的优化和供应商绩效考核标准的完善;第三,供应商绩效管理流程优化,包括供应商绩效管理流程职责的完善和供应商绩效考核方案的调整。第四,供应商绩效结果管理优化。
The market competition pressure brought by the world economic integration is very great for enterprises,and the survival of the fittest in the market is also the basic law.Under this background,it is essential for enterprises to select excellent suppliers in order to survive in the market.The success ofinitial supplier selection does not mean that the enterprise will always be successful.It is very important to conduct supplier performance management.At present,there are many problems in supplier performance management in China,which can be improved through the following strategies.First,the optimization of supplier performance evaluation management methods,including optimizing supplier database,refining supplier classification and simplifying supplier performance evaluation indicators.Second,the optimization of supplier performance appraisal system settings,including the optimization of supplier performance appraisal system settings and the improvement of supplier performance appraisal standards.Third,supplier performance management process optimization,including the improvement of supplier performance management process responsibilities and the adjustment of supplier performance evaluation scheme.Fourth,supplier performance result management optimization.
