我国现已位居世界绿色行业发展前列,能源消耗所产生的高碳排放量已经成为当前城市化进程的突出问题,为力争2030年前实现碳达峰,2060年前实现碳中和,“十四五”生态环境保护规划必须加强科学谋划,统筹处理好发展和减排、整体和局部、短期和中长期的关系,着力构建绿色低碳的创新生活方式,坚持绿色低碳新理念引领,以促进经济高质量生态环境高水平的协调发展。

China is now at the forefront of the development of the world’s green industry.The high carbon emissions generated by energy consumption have become a prominent issue in the current urbanization process.In order to realize peak carbon emissions and carbon neutral in 2030 and 2060 respectively,the“14th Five-Year Planning”for ecological environmental protection must strengthen scientific planning,coordinate and handle the relationship between development and emission reduction completely and partially,in short-term and medium-long-term,and strive to build a green and low-carbon innovative lifestyle,adhere to the guidance of new green and low-carbon concepts,and promote the coordinated development of a high-level economic and high-quality ecological environment.
