摘要
文章总结了褐煤回转管式干燥工艺、泽玛克(ZEMAG)褐煤干燥技术、UBC褐煤提质技术、BCB褐煤提质技术及褐煤脱水热压提质(HPU)技术等5种褐煤提质技术,得出未来应重视利用数值模拟的方法为褐煤提质技术基础理论和技术改造升级提供理论支撑;介绍了褐煤热压提质(HPU)工艺流程,结合中试验研究和分析HPU褐煤气流干燥中试成果,探究褐煤气流干燥操作和使用特点,掌握颗粒与高温烟气的换热规律。
This article summarizes five types of lignite upgrading technologies,including rotary tube drying technology for lignite,ZEMAG lignite drying technology,UBC lignite upgrading technology,BCB lignite upgrading technology,and lignite dehydration hot press upgrading(HPU)technology.It is concluded that the use of numerical simulation methods should be emphasized in the future to provide theoretical support for the basic theories of lignite upgrading technology and technological transformation and upgrading;the process flow of lignite hot press upgrading(HPU)is introduced,combined with the pilot study and analysis of the HPU brown gas stream drying pilot achievements,explore the characteristics of brown gas stream drying operation and use,and master the heat exchange laws between particles and high-temperature flue gas.
