企业危险化学品罐区的安全生产管理

Safety Production Management of Enterprise Hazardous Chemicals Tank Farm

危险化学品具有诸多对环境、设备、人体等造成伤害的性质,如:毒害、易爆、腐蚀、易燃、助燃等。在其流转过程中,尤其是大型危化品罐区,企业对其管理措施存在不足,因此造成诸多安全隐患。而危险化学品罐区的安全与否关乎整个企业能否正常进行生产活动,若管理不当,会导致巨大损失。文章以湖北省武汉恒阳化工储运有限公司为例,结合其罐区生产和管理工作实际,分析罐区风险性,并提出管理对策及预防措施。

Hazardous chemicals are harmful to the environment,equipment and human body,such as poison,explosion,corrosion,flammability,combustion supporting,etc..In the process of their circulation,especially in large-scale hazardous chemicals tank farm,the management measures of enterprises are insufficient,resulting in many potential safety hazards.The safety of hazardous chemicals tank farm is related to the normal production activities of the whole enterprise.If the management is improper,it will lead to huge losses.Taking Wuhan Hengyang Chemical Storage and Transportation Co.,Ltd.in Hubei province as an example,and combined with the actual production and management of the company’s tank farm,this paper analyzed the risk of the tank farm,and put forward management countermeasures and preventive measures,in order to provide guidance and reference for managers of enterprise hazardous chemicals tank farm.
