解决甲醇制烯烃和分离装置长周期运行瓶颈的措施 被引量:3

摘要 内蒙古中煤蒙大新能源化工有限公司(以下简称“中煤蒙大”)自2016年4月15日原始开工的那天起,通过1年的运行经验和同类装置调研经验,分析甲醇制烯烃和分离装置长周期运行瓶颈问题,如:DMTO装置自动化控制程度低,DMTO装置反应器中催化剂跑损造成急冷水悬浮物高造成的急冷塔堵塞、烯烃分离急冷水换热器换热效率下降、甲醇反应器换热器效率下降,以及为更好地降低甲醇单耗关小再生滑阀造成的催化剂架桥等运行中的瓶颈问题。针对DMTO装置和烯烃分离装置长周期运行的瓶颈问题,成立专门的攻关小组,通过同类装置的运行经验和与科研院所的合作,针对具体问题进行分析、建立理论模型等措施,解决了DMTO装置自动化程度低、急冷塔运行周期短、甲醇反应气换热器换热效率下降、烯烃分离急冷水换热器堵塞、碱洗塔运行压差等瓶颈问题,实现了DMTO装置和烯烃分离装置的运行周期由2年增加至4年的目标,降低检修频次,节约检修费用约2000万元。同时增加了5.5万吨的聚烯烃产品,获取较好的经济利益。 Inner Mongolia China Coal Mengda New Energy Chemical Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as:China Coal Mengda)from the original start day on april 15,2016,through 1 year of operating experience and similar device research experience,analyze the long-cycle operation bottleneck of methanol to olefin and separation device,for example,the automation control degree of the DMTO device is low,the blockage of the catalyst running damage in the reactor of the DMTO device,the heat exchanger and the methanol reactor,and the catalyst bridge in operation to better reduce methanol single consumption.For the bottleneck problem of long-cycle operation of DMTO device and olefin separation device,set up a special key research team,through the operation experience of similar devices and the cooperation with scientific research institutes,analyze specific problems and establish theoretical models.It solves the bottleneck problems such as low automation degree of DMTO device,short operation cycle of emergency and cold tower,decreased heat exchange efficiency of methanol reaction gas heat exchanger,blockage of olefin separation emergency cold water heat exchanger,and differential operation pressure difference of alkali washing tower.The goal ofincreasing the operation cycle of the DMTO device and the olefin separation device from 2 years to 4 years was achieved,reduce the maintenance frequency,save the maintenance costs of about 20 million yuan,also added 55000 tons of polyolefin products,get better economic benefits.
