摘要
文章概述FCC和DCC等催化裂化工艺的技术发展,根据各工艺的技术特点,结合海南精细化工项目于2014年2月投产的120万吨/年催化裂解(DCC)装置的实际生产运行情况,从工艺特点、催化剂类型、设备结构、操作条件、原料及产品分布等角度出发,做出简要的分析与对比,并做出相应总结。
This paper summarizes the technical development of FCC,DCC and other catalytic cracking processes.According to the technical characteristics of various processes,combined with the actual production and operation of 1.2 million t/a catalytic cracking(DCC)unit put into operation in Hainan fine chemical project in February 2014,from the perspective of process characteristics,catalyst type,equipment structure,operating conditions,raw material and product distribution,etc.,make a brief analysis and comparison,and make the corresponding summary.
