石油天然气场站压力管道的焊接及质量管控

Welding and Quality Control of Pressure Pipeline in Oil and Gas Station

现阶段,石油行业及社会各个领域对压力管道的焊接质量提出了更加严格的要求,相关部门也加强了对压力管道安装焊接的质量把控,延长压力管道的使用年限。在天然气场站管道施工中,焊接工作往往扮演着举足轻重的作用。为有效降低压力管道的事故发生率,质量的把控是尤为重要的一个环节,但是在天然气场站焊接施工作业人员质量把控意识不高及责任心缺乏,对焊接质量造成了一定程度的影响,基于此类问题通过一定的技术分析及工艺优化可以提高管道焊接质量管控的效果,有效避免石油天然气场站中的安全隐患。文章主要结合场站管道焊接施工中常见的问题和焊接质量的把控进行了说明。

At the present stage,the oil industry and various fields of society have put forward stricter requirements on the welding quality of pressure pipes,and the relevant departments have also strengthened the quality control of pressure pipes installation and welding to extend the service life of pressure pipes.Welding often plays a pivotal role in the pipeline construction of natural gas stations.In order to effectively reduce the incidence of pressure pipeline accidents,quality control is a particularly important link,but the quality control awareness of welding operators and lack of responsibility,the impact of welding quality,based on some technical analysis and process optimization can improve the effect of pipeline welding quality control and control,and effectively avoid safety risks in oil and gas stations.This paper mainly explains the common problems in the station pipeline welding construction and the control of welding quality.
