摘要 海上天然气油气开采过程中存在伴生气、闪蒸气等低压气,此类气体的回收一方面能够增加油气产量提高经济效益,另外能够减少CO_(2)的排放,保护环境。对于低压气的回收利用,海上平台通常选择具有可靠性高、吸排气连续、工况适应强等优势的螺杆压缩机作为增压设备。某海上平台在低压回收气系统运行时出现压缩机级间压差大、异常掉电后机封损坏、电机电流过载等问题,严重影响设备运行稳定性,通过分析故障原因并进行相应改造后,故障消除系统运行平稳。 In the process of offshore natural gas oil and gas exploitation,there are associated gas,flash gas and other low-pressure gas.On the one hand,the recovery of such gas can increase oil and gas production and increase economic benefits,and on the other hand,it can reduce CO_(2) emissions and protect the environment.For the recovery and utilization of low-pressure gas,offshore platforms usually choose screw compressors with the advantages of high reliability,continuous suction and exhaust,and strong adaptability to working conditions as the supercharging equipment.An offshore platform encountered problems such as large pressure difference between compressor stages,damage to the mechanical seal after abnormal power failure,and motor current overload during the operation of the low-pressure recovery gas system,which seriously affected the operation stability of the equipment.After analyzing the cause of the failure and performing corresponding transformations,the fault elimination system runs smoothly.
