摘要
介绍了不同煤焦油残留物的来源、成因、主要成分和基本性质以及大量堆积对周围环境造成的严重影响。分析了国内外学者对煤焦油渣处理技术,包括油渣分离和资源开发利用,总结了煤焦油渣处理技术的研究进展。最后,总结了每种方法的优点和局限性。机械分离需要与其他方法结合才能达到更好的效果。在以往的处置技术中,配煤和燃料没有得到充分利用。离子液体萃取将成为溶剂萃取的新方向。高附加值材料的制备得到越来越多的研究。提出多种技术相结合可能比单一技术获得更有效的治疗效果。
This paper introduces the sources,causes,main components and basic properties of different coal tar residuesas well as the serious impact of large accumulation on the surrounding environment.This paper analyzes the domestic and foreign scholars’ research on coal coke and oil residue treatment technology,including oil residue separation and resource development and utilization,and summarizes the research progress of coal coke and oil residue treatment technology.Finally,the advantages and limitations of each method are summarized.Mechanical separation needs to be combined with other methods to achieve better results.In previous disposal technologies,coal blending and fuel have not been fully utilized.Ionic liquid extraction will become a new direction of solvent extraction.The preparation of high value-added materials has been studied more and more.It is suggested that the combination of multiple techniques may obtain more effective therapeutic effect than a single technique.
