随着社会经济水平的不断提高和石油行业不断发展,为了提高石化二期成品油工程施工质量,施工单位逐渐加大了对仪表DCS系统设备安装的重视度,旨在提高该设备安装操作的规范性和合理性,避免因仪表DCS系统设备安装不规范而影响工程整体施工质量和施工进度。以"福建泰山石化二期成品油库区配套工程"为例,在介绍工程概况的基础上,分析了工程施工流程,研究了仪表DCS系统设备的安装和调试。

With the continuous improvement of the socio-economic level and the continuous development of the petroleum industry,in order to improve the construction quality of the second phase of the petrochemical product oil project,the construction unit has gradually increased the importance of the installation of the instrument DCS system equipment,aiming to improve the installation and operation of the equipment The standardization and rationality of the instrument,avoiding the impact of the overall construction quality and construction progress of the project due to the non-standard installation of the instrument DCS system equipment.Based on the above situation,taking the"Fujian Taishan Petrochemical Phase II Refined Oil Depot Supporting Project"as an example,based on the introduction of the project,the construction process of the project is analyzed,and the installation and commissioning of the instrument DCS system equipment are studied.
