摘要
以回收的危险废物废铁和废硫酸为原料制备七水合硫酸亚铁,优化制备过程参数,实现产品纯度和得率最大化。结果显示,25%的硫酸过量1.3倍,与废铁60℃恒温反应6h,5℃冷凝制备得到的七水合硫酸亚铁产品结晶率达85%,产品回收率33.41%。成品回用于危险废物物化处置工段,实现有价资源循环利用。
Ferrous sulfate heptahydrate was prepared from recycled hazardous waste iron and waste sulfuric acid.The preparation process parameters were optimized to maximize product purity and yield.The results showed that the crystallization rate of ferrous sulfate heptahydrate was 85%and the recovery rate was 33.41%.The finished products are reused in the physicochemical disposal section of hazardous wastes to realize the recycling of valuable resources.
