摘要 石油管道内部的腐蚀监测方法包括电阻探针方法、失重挂片方法、电感探针方法和电化学探针方法等。中国海油自安装第一套旁路式管道内部腐蚀监测系统以来,不断对该系统进行改进和升级。鉴于其在管道内部腐蚀监测技术领域突出的作用和优点,已将此技术写入海底管道设计标准规范中。通过将所有监测数据进行收集与分析,可以推断判定相关区块中的腐蚀情况,该技术与数字化领域的融合应用将成为管道内部腐蚀研究的发展趋势。 The internal corrosion monitoring methods of petroleum pipelines include resistance probe method,weight-loss coupon method,inductive probe method and electrochemical probe method.Since the installation of the first bypass pipeline internal corrosion monitoring system,CNOOC has continuously improved and upgraded the system.In view of its outstanding role and advantages in the field of pipeline internal corrosion monitoring technology,this technology has been written into the submarine pipeline design standard specification.Through the collection and analysis of all monitoring data,it is possible to infer and determine the corrosion situation in the relevant blocks.The fusion Application of this technology and the digital field will become the development trend of pipeline internal corrosion research.
