建设项目环境风险评价事故情形设定研究——以某化工园拟建环氧丙烷生产项目为例

Study on Accident Situation Setting of Environmental Risk Assessment of Construction Project ——Taking the Proposed Propylene Oxide Production Project in a Chemical Park as an Example

建设项目风险事故情形的设定不具有代表性,则不能为环境风险管理提供依据,降低了环境风险评价的科学性。以拟建环氧丙烷生产项目为例,阐述了事故情形设定的过程及选取理由,为环评工作者在建设项目风险事故情形设定时提供一种分析思路,确保设置的事故情形对环境影响较大并有代表性,以提高环境风险评价的科学性。

If the setting of risk accident situation of construction project is not representative,it can not provide basis for environmental risk management and reduce the scientificity of environmental risk assessment.Taking the proposed propylene oxide production project as an example,this paper expounds the process and selection reasons of accident situation setting,so as to provide an analysis idea for EIA workers when setting the risk accident situation of construction project,so as to ensure that the accident situation has a great impact on the environment and is representative,so as to improve the scientificity of environmental risk assessment.
