规模化养猪场恶臭环境影响评价预测及防治措施

摘要 以福建某规模化生态养殖基地为例,根据相关标准、技术规范中关于大气环境质量的要求,在详细分析恶臭产生源强的基础上,对氨气和硫化氢两个污染因子进行了评价,采用导则推荐的模式定量预测了恶臭对厂界及周围居民点的影响程度,并提出了相应的防治措施。近两年随着生猪肉价上涨,规模化养猪场的建设也日益增多,养殖过程也带来一些环境问题。其中猪粪及养殖废水产生的恶臭是规模化养猪场建设过程中带来的最显著地对空气环境质量的影响。如果没有采取相应的治理措施以及建设单位对养殖过程管理不善,会对养殖场内商铺猪的生长健康及周边居民环境质量造成影响。所以采取针对性,有效性的恶臭污染防治措施,减小养猪场臭气对空气环境的影响,保护周围村落的空气环境已成为养猪场一项必需的环境保护治理措施。 Taking a large-scale ecological breeding base in Fujian as an example,according to the requirements on atmospheric environmental quality in relevant standards and technical specifications,based on the detailed analysis of odor generation source intensity,the two pollution factors of ammonia and hydrogen sulfide are evaluated,and the impact of odor on the plant boundary and surrounding residential areas is quantitatively predicted by using the model recommended in the guidelines,The corresponding prevention and control measures are put forward.In the past two years,with the rise of pig meat price,the construction of large-scale pig farms is also increasing,and the breeding process has also brought some environmental problems.Among them,the odor generated by pig manure and breeding wastewater is the most significant impact on air environmental quality in the process of large-scale pig farm construction.If no corresponding treatment measures are taken and the construction unit mismanages the breeding process,it will affect the growth and health of shop pigs in the breeding farm and the environmental quality of surrounding residents.Therefore,taking targeted and effective odor pollution control measures to effectively reduce the impact of pig farm odor on the air environment and protect the air environment of surrounding villages has become a necessary environmental protection and treatment measure for pig farms.
