白芍配方颗粒制备工艺优化的研究 被引量:1

摘要 对白芍配方颗粒制备工艺进行优化;采用正交试验法建立和优化白芍配方颗粒制备工艺,以混合粉水分、挤压压力、破碎转速以及输料速度4项指标作为影响因素,以颗粒得率、堆密度、颗粒水分、颗粒粒度对优化后的工艺进行评估;优化后的制备工艺为混合粉水分4%,挤压压力10MPa,破碎转速为120r/min,输料速度为75r/min,测定的各项指标水平均较好;优化后的白芍配方颗粒指标工艺稳定、可行。 The preparation technology of formula granules of Radix Paeoniae Alba was optimized.Orthogonal test was used to establish and optimize the preparation process of Radix Paeoniae Alba formula granules.The optimized process was evaluated by particle yield,heap density,particle moisture and particle size,with four indexes of mixed powder moisture,extrusion pressure,crushing speed and feeding speed as the influencing factors.The optimized preparation process is as follows:mixture moisture of 4%,extrusion pressure of 10MPa,crushing speed of 120r/min,and feeding speed of 75r/min.The measured indexes are all good.The optimized technology of formula granules of Radix Paeoniae Alba was stable and feasible.
