中草药在猪生产中的研究进展

Research Progress of Chinese Herbal Medicines in Pig Production

生猪养殖生产效率低、发病率高、饲养成本较高仍是制约我国养猪业快速发展的一大难题。中草药具有耐药性、毒副作用小、残留少、安全性高等优点受到广泛关注,可提高生猪生产性能、生产效率、免疫等。综述近年来中草药在猪生产性能、抗氧化、免疫力、抗病毒和疾病防治等方面的作用,并提出尚需要进一步研究的问题,以期为中草药在生态养猪生产上的应用提供参考。

The low production efficiency,high morbidity,and high cost of pig breeding are still a big problem restricting the rapid development of China’s pig industry.The advantages of Chinese herbal medicine,such as drug resistance,little toxic and side effects,less residue and high safety,have attracted wide attention,and can improve pig production performance,production efficiency and immunity.In this paper,the effects of Chinese herbal medicine on pig production performance,anti-oxidation,improving immune function,anti-virus and disease prevention in recent years were reviewed,and the problems that need to be further studied were put forward in order to provide reference for the application of Chinese herbal medicine in ecological pig production.
