设施樱桃幼苗对NaCl胁迫的生理响应 被引量:3

摘要 为探究樱桃幼苗对盐胁迫的耐受范围及其对盐胁迫的响应机制,以"春露"樱桃为试材,借助营养液沙培盆栽的方式,研究不同浓度的NaCl胁迫对设施樱桃幼苗光合色素、光合参数及抗氧化酶保护系统的影响。结果表明,在NaCl浓度0~0.7%时,设施樱桃幼苗叶片叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素a+b和类胡萝卜素含量随NaCl浓度的增加而逐渐降低,且在NaCl浓度0.7%时上述指标最小,较对照分别降低35.92%、33.33%、35.12%、56.25%,与对照差异显著(P<0.05)。净光合速率、蒸腾速率随NaCl浓度的增加而降低,胞间CO;浓度呈先降低后增加的变化趋势,且在NaCl浓度0.3%时最小,较对照减小12.31%,与对照差异显著(P<0.05)。NaCl浓度为0~0.3%时,盐胁迫强度的增加刺激SOD、POD活性的提高;NaCl浓度在0.5%~0.7%时,盐胁迫强度的增加抑制SOD、POD活性的提高。 In order to explore the tolerance range of cherry seedlings to salt stress and its response mechanism to salt stress,the effects of different concentrations of NaCl stress on photosynthetic pigment,photosynthetic parameters and antioxidant enzyme protection system of cherry seedlings in greenhouse were studied by using"Chunlu"cherry as material and sand culture pot culture with nutrient solution.The results showed that in the range of 0-0.7%,the contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,chlorophyll a+b and carotenoids in leaves of cherry seedlings decreased gradually with the increase of NaCl concentration,and the above indexes were the lowest when the concentration of NaCl was 0.7%,which decreased by 35.92%,33.33%,35.12%and 56.25%respectively compared with the control(P<0.05).The net photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate decreased with the increase of NaCl concentration,and intercellular CO;concentration decreased first and then increased,and the lowest value was at 0.3%NaCl concentration,which decreased by 12.31%compared with the control(P<0.05).In the range of 0-0.3%NaCl concentration,the increase of salt stress intensity stimulated the increase of SOD and POD activities;in the range of 0.5%-0.7%NaCl concentration,the increase of salt stress intensity inhibited the increase of SOD and POD activities.
