摘要
以菜子湖湿地16个采样点2种渔业养殖方式(开放和封闭)下的土壤及鱼塘沉积物样品为研究对象,采用Lvanoff的有机磷分级提取方法,对不同养殖方式下湿地土壤及鱼塘沉积物有机磷进行分级提取,分析渔业养殖下有机磷各形态分布的差异及其与其他营养元素之间相关性。结果表明,渔业养殖下湿地土壤和沉积物的营养元素以及磷含量相对较高,且大部分元素呈沉积物高于土壤、封闭式高于开放式分布特征。2种养殖方式下湿地土壤各形态有机磷活性方面均表现为非活性>中活性>活性,Res-Po为有机磷主要组分;湿地鱼塘沉积物在开放式下各形态有机磷活性与湿地土壤的变化趋势一致,封闭下各形态有机磷活性方面表现为中活性>非活性>活性,HCl-Po为有机磷主要组分。湿地土壤营养元素与各形态有机磷呈显著相关,表明营养元素的输入能够有效促进有机磷的矿化分解。
Taking the soil and sediment samples from 16 sampling points of Caizi Lake Wetland under two different aquaculture modes(open and closed)as the research object,the organic phosphorus of wetland soil under different aquaculture modes was extracted by Lvanoff’s method,and the correlation between the distribution differences of different types of organic phosphorus and other nutrients was analyzed.The results showed that the contents of nutrient elements and phosphorus in soil and sediment were relatively high,and most of the elements were higher in sediment than in soil,closed than open distribution.The results showed that the activity of all types of organic phosphorus in wetland soil under the two cultivation methods was non active>medium active>active,and Res-Po was the main component of organic phosphorus;the change trend of all types of organic phosphorus activity in wetland fishpond sediment under the open mode was consistent with that of wetland soil,and the activity of all types of organic phosphorus under the closed mode was medium active>non active>active,and HCl-Po was the main component of organic phosphorus.There was a significant correlation between soil nutrient elements and various types of organic phosphorus,which indicated that the input of nutrient elements could effectively promote the mineralization and decomposition of organic phosphorus.
