Digital Agriculture and Rural Development Policy Research in Jiangsu Province

数字农业农村是数字乡村的重要组成部分,同时也是全面推进乡村振兴、加快农业农村现代化的重要推进力量。从政策设立、基础设施、数字农业、农业电商、农业农村大数据、信息进村入户方面分析了江苏数字农业农村发展现状,探讨了存在问题,并有针对性的提出深刻把握党中央决策部署、进一步健全激励机制、推进关键技术协同创新、提升数据建设应用水平的政策建议。

Digital agricultural and rural is an important part of digital countryside,and it is also an important driving force for comprehensively promoting rural revitalization and accelerating agricultural and rural modernization.We analyzed the current situation of digital agriculture and rural development in Jiangsu from the aspects of policy establishment,infrastructure,digital agriculture,agricultural e-commerce,big data for agriculture and rural and information entry into villages.The problems of digital agriculture and rural development in Jiangsu were analyzed.And policy recommendations were put forward to grasp the decision and deployment of the Party Central Committee,so as to further improve the incentive mechanism,to promote collaborative innovation in key technologies,and to enhance the level of data construction and application.
