长春市社区老年高血压患者自我感知老化状况及其影响因素

Study on Self-perceived Aging Status and Its Influencing Factors of Elderly Patients with Hypertension in the Community of Changchun City

目的:了解长春市社区老年高血压患者自我感知老化状况及其影响因素,为改善老年人身心健康提供重要依据。方法:采用整群抽样方法选取长春市社区433名60岁及以上老年高血压患者进行调查,并对数据进行统计分析。结果:老年高血压患者自我感知老化得分为(47.97±9.08)分,消极结果和控制维度得分最高,其次为慢性时间、情感表征、积极结果、积极控制。多重线性回归分析显示,受教育程度、婚姻类型、退休前职业、锻炼情况、生活充实度、与朋友联系频率影响老年高血压患者自我感知老化水平。结论:长春市社区老年高血压患者自我感知老化总体水平一般,应从老年人受教育程度、婚姻类型、退休前职业、生活充实度、与朋友联系、锻炼情况等方面对老年高血压患者进行干预。

Objective:To understand the self-perceived aging status and its influencing factors of elderly hypertensive patients in the community of Changchun city,so as to provide evidence for improving the physical and mental health of older adults.Methods:Cluster sampling method was used to select 433 elderly patients with hypertension aged 60 years and above in the community of Changchun city,and the data were statistically analyzed.Results:The score of self-perceived aging in elderly patients with hypertension was(47.97±9.08).The scores of negative results and control dimensions were the highest,followed by chronic time,emotional representation,positive results and positive control.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that education,marital status,pre-retirement occupation,exercise,life satisfaction and contact frequency with friends affected the self-perceived aging level among elderly patients with hypertension.Conclusion:The level of self-perceived aging of elderly patients with hypertension in the community of Changchun city is general.Intervention should be carried out on elderly patients with hypertension from the aspects of their educational level,marital status,pre-retirement occupation,life enrichment,contact with friends,exercise and so on.
