国外医疗众筹存在问题研究系统综述

A Systematic Review of the Problem Found in International Online Medical Crowdfunding

目的:对国外已有的医疗众筹相关研究进行系统综述,归纳总结医疗众筹可能存在的问题及原因,为国内医疗众筹的发展提供参考。方法:以系统综述PRISMA声明为研究框架进行文献检索、筛选和纳入,以Web of Science、PubMed、Scopus数据库为检索源。结果:共纳入27篇文献;在此基础上,以医疗资源分配的角度从公平性、伦理以及效率3个方面归纳了有关医疗众筹可能存在的问题,其中伦理被提及26次,公平性被提及14次,效率被提及6次。结论:医疗众筹作为一种医疗资金筹集和分配方式,虽然在高速发展,但也暴露出不公平性、低效率以及伦理失衡等问题。

Objective:To generalize the possible problems and their causes of medical crowdfunding by analyzing the existing medical crowdfuding-related research abroad,which provides references for the development of domestic medical crowdfunding.Methods:The framework of the preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and meta-analyses(PRISMA)statement was used for literature retrieval,screening and inclusion.Web of Science,PubMed and Scopus were used as the search source.Results:A total of 27 articles were included in this study.From the perspective of health care resources allocation,three aspects of fairness,ethics and efficiency were summarized from existing research to generalize the problems that may arise from medical crowdfunding.Ethics was mentioned the most(26 times),followed by fairness(14 times)and efficiency(6 times).Conclusion:As a way of raising and allocating medical funds,medical crowdfunding is developing rapidly,but it also exposes problems such as unfairness,low efficiency and ethical imbalance.
