基于AHP-SWOT方法的暴力伤医事件防控策略研究

Research on Prevention and Control Strategies of Violent Injuries to Medical Staff Based on AHP-SWOT Method

暴力伤医事件作为社会热点问题,目前对其防控策略的研究仍侧重定性分析,因此运用更为科学的研究方法制定防控策略极具现实意义。本研究运用AHP-SWOT分析法,对首都医疗机构暴力事件防控策略的影响因素进行实证分析,提出应优先采取WO策略,即利用外部机遇,克服内部劣势,同时兼并实施SO策略、ST策略、WT策略。为预防和减少暴力伤医事件,应推进医药卫生体制改革、完善医疗纠纷调解机制、构建风险管理体系及落实暴力伤医事件社会共治。

As a hot social issue,the current research on the prevention and control strategies of violent injuries to medical staff focuses on the qualitative analysis,it's of great practical significance to apply more scientific research methods to formulate the prevention and control strategies.On the basis of AHP and SWOT analysis,this study makes an empirical analysis on the influencing factors of prevention and control strategies of violence in medical institutions in the capital.It is recommended to give priority to the WO strategy including taking advantage of external opportunities and overcoming internal disadvantages,and carry out the SO strategy,ST strategy and WT strategy.It's necessary to promote the health care system reform,improve the medical dispute mediation mechanism,build a risk management system and implement the social co-governance to prevent and alleviate the violent injuries to medical staff.
