摘要
目的:梳理并分析国外有代表性的基于领导力的医学院校教师发展项目,并对其有效性进行评估,为我国相关研究与实践提供有效的参考。方法:分析了发表于2000-2019年间相关英文文献,并以柯氏四级培训评估模型为依据,分析了文献所涉及的14个教师领导力提升的教师发展项目。结果:6个项目(42.9%)评估了反应层面的变化;5个项目(35.7%)评估了学习层面的变化,包括态度、知识和技能的变化;所有项目(100%)都显示了行为变化;7个项目(50%)展示出组织变革方面的成果水平。结论:项目评估是保障教师领导力发展项目质量的有效手段。
Objective:To investigate and analyze the representative leadership-based faculty development projects of medical school abroad,and evaluates their effectiveness,so as to provide effective references for the research and practice in China.Methods:This paper analyzed the research of faculty development during 2001 and 2019.Based on the Kirkpatrick's 4R model,this paper analyzed 14 faculty development programs related to improve leadership.Results:Six projects(42.9%)assessed changes at the reaction level;five projects(35.7%)assessed changes at the learning level,including changes in attitudes,knowledge and skills;all projects(100%)showed behavior changes;and seven projects(50%)demonstrated the level of achievement in organizational change.Conclusion:Project evaluation is an essential method to ensure the quality of faculty development project on leadership.
