湖北湖南两省医学影像技术专业学生专业思想状况调查 被引量:2

Investigation on the Professional Thought of Medical Imaging Technology Students in Hubei and Hunan Province

摘要 目的:了解综合性大学医学影像技术专业学生专业思想现状并分析主要影响因素,为培养医学影像技术人才提供参考。方法:自行设计调查问卷,对湖北省、湖南省四所综合性大学的医学影像技术专业一至三年级学生进行问卷调查,并对调查结果进行统计分析。结果:494份有效问卷中,高考一志愿方面,近3年医学影像技术专业高考一志愿率呈下降趋势(P<0.05);专业学习目的方面,三个年级学生主要目的一致,均以“就业好,比较稳定”选择就读医学影像技术专业(P>0.05);就业意向方面,三年级学生选择就业的人数高于一、二年级(P<0.05),女生选择考研的比例明显高于男生(P<0.05);专业思想教育培育主体方面,选择医学影像技术专业教师的人数高于思政教师、非专业教师、影像科医生和学工教师(P<0.05)。结论:学生专业思想状况主要表现为专业认同感低,学习价值观不端正。需通过完善课程体系,协同全员育人等方式将专业思想教育贯穿于人才培养全过程。 Objective:To understand the current situation of professional thinking of medical imaging technology undergraduates in comprehensive universities,and analyze the main influencing factors,to provide reference for training medical imaging technology talents.Methods:A self-designed questionnaire was designed to investigate the freshmen and juniors of medical imaging technology in four comprehensive universities in Hubei and Hunan Province,and the results were statistically analyzed.Results:494 valid questionnaires were obtained,in terms of college entrance examination,the rate of college entrance examination for medical imaging Technology in recent 3 years showed a downward trend(P<0.05).In terms of the purpose of professional learning,the students of the three grades have the same main purpose.They all choose to study medical imaging technology with the principle of"good employment and relatively stable"(P>0.05).In terms of employment intention,the number of third-grade students choosing employment was significantly higher than that of first-grade and second-grade students(P<0.05),and the proportion of female students choosing postgraduate entrance examination was significantly higher than that of male students(P<0.05).In terms of cultivating subjects of professional ideological education,the number of medical imaging technology teachers was higher than ideological and political teachers,non-professional teachers,imaging doctors and engineering teachers(P<0.05).Conclusion:Students'professional ideological status is mainly manifested in low professional identity and improper learning values.It is necessary to improve the curriculum system and cooperate with the whole staff to carry out the professional ideological education throughout the whole process of personnel training.
