摘要 目的:研究芦根对干酵母致发热小鼠的炎症因子含量的变化,探讨芦根解热的药理机制。方法:将60只小鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、阳性组和水样低、中、高剂量组共6个组,连续灌胃给药7 d,由于酵母混悬液致热,最后检测小鼠体温变化,并测定血清中白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)和前列腺素E2(PGE2)含量的变化。结果:与模型组比较,阳性组和给药组小鼠体温下降较为显著(P<0.05);给药组血清中各细胞因子及下丘脑中PGE2的含量显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:芦根对干酵母致热小鼠具有显著的解热效果,其作用机制可能与降低发热小鼠血清中IL-1β、TNF-α、cAMP含量以及抑制下丘脑组织中PGE2的释放有关。 Objective To study the effect of Reed root on the content of inflammatory factors in mice with fever caused by dry yeast and to explore the antipyretic mechanism of Reed Root.Methods Sixty mice were randomly divided into six groups:blank group,model group,positive group and water sample low-dose,medium-dose and high-dose groups.The mice were given intragastric administration for 7 days continuously.The changes of body temperature and serum levels of serum interleukin-1β(IL-1β),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),cyclic adenosine monophosphate(cAMP)and prostaglandin E2(PGE2)were measured because of the fever induced by yeast suspension.Results Compared with the model group,the temperature of mice in the positive group and the Administration Group decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the contents of cytokines in serum and PGE2 in hypothalamus decreased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusions Reed root of dry yeast to heat has significant antipyretic effect,its mechanism may be related to reduce fever in mice serum IL-1β,TNF-α,cAMP the content and inhibit the release of PGE2 in the hypothalamus organization concerned.
