从肝肾探讨月经后期的病因病机及临床应用

The Etiology,Pathogenesis and Clinical Application of Late Menstruation Were Discussed From the Perspective of Liver and Kidney

月经后期病为妇科常见月经病之一,但治疗较为困难,易发为闭经、不孕等,严重危害女性健康。文章拟从“肝肾同为女子先天”角度阐述月经后期病的病因病机,并结合石丽琼导师门诊验案,以国医大师张震教授“疏调气机论”为核心,探讨“补肾、疏肝”法在月经后期病的临床应用,以就正于同道。

Late menstrual disease is one of the common menstrual diseases of gynecology,but the treatment is more difficult,easy to amenorrhea,infertility,serious harm to women's health.This article intends to expatiate the etiology and pathogenesis of late menstrual disease from the perspective of“both liver and kidney are female congenital”,and combine with the outpatient case of professor shi liqiong,with the“theory of draining and regulating qi”by professor zhang zhen,master of Chinese medicine,as the core,to explore the clinical application of“tonifying kidney and smoothing liver”method in late menstrual disease,so as to be in the same way.
