不同悬浮种衣剂对花生根腐病田间防治药效试验 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]筛选出防治花生根腐病有效药剂。[方法]以27%苯醚·咯·噻虫悬浮种衣剂、25g/L咯菌腈悬浮种衣剂、30g/L苯醚甲环唑悬浮种衣剂对花生种子进行浸种处理,设T1、T2、T3、T4、T5共5个处理,每处理4个重复,观察不同药物对花生根腐病的防治效果。[结果]花生苗出齐10天后,T2与T3处理防治效果分别为84.84%、88.36%,显著高于其余处理的防治效果;花生苗出齐30天后,T2、T3处理对花生根腐病的防治效果分别为80.29%、84.21%,显著高于其余处理的防治效果,T3处理的防治效果最好;花生苗出齐60天后,T2、T3防治效果较好,分别为78.71%、82.20%,T3处理的防治效果最好;试验期间,各处理花生发芽正常,株高、叶色、开花、结荚正常,没有发现该药剂对其他生物有明显致害性影响。[结论]以T3处理27%苯醚·咯·噻虫悬浮种衣剂600mL/100kg种子对花生根腐病防治效果最好。 [Objective]The effective agents for preventing and controlling peanut root rot were selected.[Method]The peanut seeds were soaked with 27%phenyl ether·fludioxonil·thiamethoxam suspension seed coating agent,25 g/L fludioxonil suspension seed coating agent and 30 g/L difenoconazole suspension seed coating agent,and five treatments were set,T1,T2,T3,T4 and T5,with four repetitions in each treatment,to observe the control effect of different pesticide on peanut root rot.[Result]10 days after the emergence of peanut seedlings,the control effect of T2 and T3 treatments was 84.84%and88.36%,respectively,which was significantly higher than that of other treatments.30 days after the emergence of peanut seedlings,the control effect of T2 and T3 treatments on peanut root rot was 80.29%and 84.21%,respectively,which was significantly higher than that of other treatments,T3 treatment had the best control effect.60 days after the emergence of peanut seedlings,the control effect of T2 and T3 was 78.71%and82.20%,respectively,and T3 was the best treatment.During the experiment,peanut germination was normal,plant height,leaf color,flowering and pod bearing were normal,and no obvious harmful effects were found on other organisms.[Conclusion]T3 treatment of 600 mL/100 kg seeds with 27%phenyl ether·fludioxonil·thiamethoxam suspension seed coating agent had the best control effect on peanut root rot.
