历史文化名城滨水街区的触媒场景与生态位构成法则--以杭州湖滨街区为例

Catalyst and Scene Generation Principle of Waterfront Cultural Block:a Case of Lakeside District of Hangzhou

杭州市既是历史文化名城,也是互联网驱动下的创新型城市,其城市更新的过程一直在融入多元化的理论与实践手法。新的空间社会学理论将实体空间与人际关系统一在一个大系统中,并引入了触媒、生态位等关联性概念。杭州因水而兴,其滨水街区生态系统因城市生活方式的变革而不断演进。湖滨路街区具有丰富的触媒效应,并初步形成了生态位关系。基于三维实景实证研究,从理论上论证滨水文化街区场景生成的基本法则,为该街区二期提升及其他历史文化名城滨水街区更新改造提供新的方法论。

As a famous historical and cultural city and an innovative city driven by the Internet,Hangzhou’s process of urban renewal has been integrating diversified theories and practices.The new spatial sociology theory unifies the physical space and interpersonal relationship into a large system and adopts the concepts of catalyst,ecological niche and other related concepts.Hangzhou’s prosperity lies in the river,and the ecological system of its waterfront historic districts is evolving continuously due to the change of urban lifestyle.Hubin Road Block is full of catalyst effects and has established a niche relationship preliminarily.Based on 3D real scene empirical research,the basic principle of scene generation of waterfront cultural block is theoretically demonstrated,providing a new methodology for the following upgrading of this block and the renewal of waterfront blocks in other historical and cultural cities.
