心理护理工作室的建立与实践

Establishment and Practice of Psychological Nursing Studio

目的探索心理护理工作室的管理规范和运行模式,并评价其实践效果。方法依托医院信息化平台建设,以心理测评系统及“互联网+医护一体肿瘤患者全程心理管理”为助力,双线开展心理评估、筛查、干预、随访指导及心理科普等系列服务。结果心理护理工作室2020年1—12月,共进行心理治疗256次,心理会诊32次,危机干预1次,心理评估及筛查600人,个别心理护理/访谈48次,团体心理治疗237次,疫情心理热线志愿服务96次。门诊咨询量较2019年同期增长了18.51%。心理专科人才队伍得以扩大,课题论文等科研产出得以提升。结论心理护理工作室的建立,有助于满足不同人群多样化、多层次的康复需求,提升心理护理质量,为专科护理人才的培训提供了更多的可能。

Objective To explore the management and operation pattern of psychological nursing studio,and then to evaluate its practical effect.Methods Relying on hospital information platform,with the help of psychological assessment system and“Internet plus whole psychological management for cancer patients”,the studio provided a series of on-line and off-line services,such as tumor psychological assessment,screening,intervention,follow-up guidance and science popularization and other services.Results From January to December 2020,the studio conducted a total of 256 times of psychotherapy,32 times of psychological consultation,1 crisis intervention,600 times of psychological evaluation and screening,48 times of individual psychological care/interviews,237 times of group psychotherapy and 96 times of voluntary service of epidemic psychological hotline.Outpatient consultation volume increased by 18.51%when compared with the same period in 2019.The team of psychological specialists had been expanded,and scientific research output such as research papers has been improved as well.Conclusion The establishment of psychological nursing studio is helpful to meet the diverse and multi-level rehabilitation needs of different groups of people and helpful to improve the quality of psychological nursing,which provides more possibilities for the training of specialized nursing talents.
