基于临床调查的冠心病心绞痛血瘀证症状组成的文献分析

Literature Analysis of Symptom Composition of Blood Stasis Syndrome in Patients of Coronary Heart Disease with Angina Pectoris Based on Clinical Investigation

目的通过研究文献、汇总、分析、总结临床冠心病心绞痛血瘀证患者的症状组成。方法检索CNKI、维普、万方和中国生物医学文献数据库等中文文献数据库,收集关于临床调查的冠心病心绞痛血瘀证症状组成的文献资料。根据纳入与排除标准对文献进行整理,提取纳入文献中血瘀证的组成症状、出现频数及所占百分比进行统计分析。结果检索到2000-2020年相关文献335篇,根据纳入与排除标准进行筛选,排除文献329篇,纳入文献6篇。共统计患者11252例,得到冠心病心绞痛血瘀证症状20个,分布排列前十的症状为胸闷(67.3%),胸痛(58.6%),口唇紫暗(37.9%),心悸(36.2%),头晕(22.7%),舌暗(16.0%),脉沉(15.5%),舌瘀斑(11.2%),口干欲饮(10.9),舌下络脉瘀滞(10.3)。结论临床患者冠心病心绞痛血瘀证主要症状与相关诊断标准基本一致,为临床医师提供更加明确的诊断标准。

Objective:To summarize the symptom composition of blood stasis syndrome in clinical coronary heart disease patients with angina pectoris through literature research,collection and analysis.Methods:Chinese literature databases such as CNKI,Weipu,Wanfang,and China Biomedical Literature Database were retrieved and the document literature about the symptom composition of blood stasis syndrome in coronary heart disease patients with angina pectoris was collected.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the literature was sorted and the constituent symptoms,frequency and percentage of blood stasis syndrome in the included literature were extracted for statistical analysis.Results:335 related documents from 2000 to 2020 were retrieved and 329 documents were screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria and then 6 documents were included.A total of 11,252 patients were counted,and 20 coronary heart disease patients of blood stasis syndrome with angina pectoris were obtained.The top ten symptoms were chest distress(67.3%),chest pain(58.6%),dark lips(37.9%),and palpitations(36.2%).dizziness(22.7%),dark tongue(16.0%),heavy pulse(15.5%),tongue ecchymosis(11.2%),dry mouth(10.9)and stasis of sublingual collaterals(10.3).Conclusion:The main symptoms of clinical coronary heart disease patients with angina pectoris and blood stasis syndrome were basically consistent with the relevant diagnostic criteria,which can provide clinicians with more definite diagnostic criteria.
