加味左归丸联合鲑鱼降钙素对骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折PVP术后疼痛的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Modified Zuogui Pill Combined with Salmon Calcitonin on Postoperative Pain of Osteoporotic Vertebral Compression Fracture PVP

目的探讨加味左归丸联合鲑鱼降钙素对骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折PVP术后疼痛的疗效。方法将PVP术后疼痛的80例骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者作为研究对象,用随机数据表法分组。对照组40例术后予以鲑鱼降钙素,观察组40例术后予以加味左归丸联合鲑鱼降钙素。比较2组患者的视觉模拟量表评分(VAS)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、酸性磷酸酶(TRACP)、骨碱性磷酸酶(BALP)、住院成本及便秘发生率。结果2组患者术后VAS评分不断下降,观察组术后2周及出院前评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者治疗后TNF-α、TRACP、BALP含量均有降低,观察组上述指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组住院时长短于对照组,住院费用、便秘发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味左归丸联合鲑鱼降钙素对骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折PVP术后疼痛的疗效突出,可明显缓解疼痛,加速术后的康复,降低医疗成本,值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore the curative effect of Modified Zuogui Pill combined with salmon calcitonin on postoperative pain of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture PVP.Methods:80 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures,who suffered from postoperative pain after PVP,were selected as the research objects and were divided into two groups by random data table method,40 cases each group.The control group was given salmon calcitonin after surgery and the observation group was treated with Modified Zuogui Pill combined with salmon calcitonin after surgery.The visual analog scale score(VAS),tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α),acid phosphatase(TRACP),bone alkaline phosphatase(BALP),hospitalization cost and incidence of constipation were compared between the patients in the two groups.Results:The VAS scores of the two groups continued to decrease after surgery.The scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group 2 weeks after surgery and before discharge,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The contents of TNF-α,TRACP and BALP of the two groups were reduced.The above indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Zuogui Pill combined with salmon calcitonin has outstanding effect on postoperative pain of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture PVP,and can obviously relieve pain,accelerate postoperative recovery and reduce medical costs,and is worthy of wide clinical application.
