摘要
随着电网中接入分布式光伏比例的逐步提升,复杂配电网的安全性面临着新的挑战。为此,提出了基于节点脆弱性评估的配电网光伏优化配置方法。首先,基于复杂网络理论给出节点脆弱性改进指标集及其综合评价方法;然后,采用以节点脆弱性最小、投资成本最小和网损最小的多目标规划方案,通过MOEA/D算法求解优化模型,获得满足各约束条件的分布式光伏最优接入方案。最后,以IEEE 33节点系统及某实际配电网台区为例,验证了所提优化配置方案的适用性与优越性。
With the proportion increase of grid-connected distributed solar photovoltaic(PV)power generation,the security of complex distribution networks is facing new challenges.Therefore,this paper proposes an optimal PV configuration method of distribution networks based on node vulnerability assessment.Firstly,this paper puts forward the improved index set and a comprehensive evaluation method of node vulnerability based on the complex network theory.Secondly,a multi-objective programming scheme with minimum node vulnerability,minimum investment cost and minimum network loss is adopted,and the optimization model is solved by MOEA/D algorithm to obtain the optimal configuration set of distributed PV that meets various constraints.Finally,the effectiveness and superiority of the optimal configuration method are verified through instances of the IEEE 33 bus system and a supply area of the distribution networks.
