基于环境行为学研究的历史校园环境设计——以加州大学伯克利分校学生活动中心为例

The Design of Historical Campus Environment Based on the Research of Environmental Behavior:Taking the Student Activity Center of the University of California,Berkeley as an Example

在当前历史环境更新的设计实践中,除了对重要历史建筑的保护,设计理念也从与环境协调向与环境共生转变。新建项目和既有建筑更新有助于修补地段形态,并补充功能上的不足。对于历史校园中的既有建筑而言,在信息处理方面的种类较多,该文依照信息的作用范围,将其定义成场地信息、空间信息和运营信息三类。以加州大学伯克利分校学生活动中心(CAL Student Community Center)为例,说明三种信息的处理内容以及在历史环境既有项目更新中的作用。在信息收集的过程中充分发现场地、空间、运营中的问题,使得更新项目能够更好地契合历史氛围,为使用者提供舒适的环境。从环境行为研究角度,有助于建筑师更好地处理历史校园更新信息,得出设计需求。

In the current design practice for the renewal of the historical environment,in addition to the protection of important historic buildings,the design concept has also changed from being in harmony with the environment to being in symbiosis with the environment.Newly-built buildings and renewal of existing buildings can help to repair the shape of the site and make up for the lack of functionality.For the existing buildings in the historical campus,there are many types of information.According to the scope of information,we define it into three categories:site information,space information and operation information.Taking the Student Activity Center of the University of California,Berkeley(CAL Student Community Center)as an example,we illustrate the content of three types and their roles in the renewal of the historical environment.In the process of information collection,problems in the site,space,and operations are fully discovered,so that the renewal project can fit the historical atmosphere better and provide users with more comfortable environment.From the perspective of environmental behavior research,it is helpful for architects to deal with the information and draw design requirements in projects of the renewal of the historical campus.
