河南农村家庭代际扶持分析

Generational Support of Rural Families in Henan Province

随着社会变迁的加剧,农村面临着既不现代又不传统的窘境,在传统价值和现代生活的双重作用下,代际扶持中的权利与义务出现失衡现象。子女一代对个人权利需求强烈,物质消费需求增加,享乐主义盛行;而父母对子女的付出不求回报,利他主义思想明显,导致农村代际扶持中权利与义务的失衡。采用文献研究法、问卷调查法以及观察法等方法,结合对河南农村的走访调查发现,近年来本应主要由年轻人承担的家庭责任,如婚礼、儿童教育、赡养老人等,却变成了上一代人的任务,进而导致一系列社会问题的出现。在分析这些现象及原因的基础上,提出了促进河南农村家庭代际扶持完善的建议,并展望了未来的农村家庭代际扶持发展趋势。

With the aggravation of social changes,rural areas face the dilemma of neither modernity nor tradition.Under the dual role of traditional value and modern life,the rights and obligations in intergenerational support are unbalanced.The child generation has a strong demand for personal rights,the demand for material consumption has increased,and hedonism is prevalent.While the parents treat their children without expecting anything in return,and the altruistic thought is obvious,which leads to the imbalance of rights and obligations in the rural intergenerational support.Adopting the literature research method,questionnaire survey and observation methods,combining with the visit survey of rural areas in Henan province,it was found that in recent years,the family responsibilities that should be mainly borne by young people,such as wedding,child education,and supporting the elderly,have become the task of the previous generation,which led to a series of social problems.Based on analyzing these phenomena and causes,some suggestions on promoting the improvement of rural family intergenerational support in Henan were put forward,and the development trend of rural family intergenerational support in the future was forecasted.
