“绿色”农田推进高标准农田高质量建设

Green Farmland Promoting the High-quality Construction of High-quality Farmland

高标准农田建设是巩固和提高粮食综合生产能力、保障粮食安全、提高农业质量效益和竞争力、提升耕地质量的重要举措。农田也是半自然半人工生态系统。高标准农田高质量建设需注重贯彻绿色发展理念和加强生态文明建设要求,实施"绿色"建设,充分发挥农田生态系统多种功能。通过实地调研西北区等典型区域农田建设项目区分析了当前农田建设存在的绿色短板,结合"十四五"时期中国农业农村发展重点,明确了推进绿色农田建设的重要意义,基于实地调研和农田生态系统功能研究,总结归纳了推进绿色农田建设示范的主要做法。最后,提出了推进绿色农田建设的对策建议。

High-quality farmland is an important measure to consolidate and improve the comprehensive grain production capacity,ensure food security,improve agricultural quality,efficiency and competitiveness,and improve the quality of cultivated land.Farmland is a semi-natural ecosystem.The high-quality construction of high-quality farmland needs to pay attention to implementing the green concept and strengthening the requirements of ecological civilization construction,implement"green"construction,and give full play to the multiple functions of the farmland ecosystem.The short board of high-quality farmland in green constructing was analyzed through the field investigation in typical areas,such as northeast region,combined with the focus of China’s agricultural and rural development during the 14 th Five-Year Plan period,the significance of promoting green farmland construction was clarified,based on field investigation and farmland ecosystem function researches,main methods of promoting green farmland construction demonstration were summarized.Finally,some countermeasures were put forward to promote the construction of green farmland.
