京郊休闲农业提档升级路径分析

Analysis on the Upgrading Path of Leisure Agriculture in Beijing Suburb

休闲农业拓宽了农业的多功能性。京郊休闲农业具有生产生态化、生态景观化、产品功能化等特征,有效促进了消费者对乡土旅游、观光、娱乐、休闲等的消费。京郊休闲农业发展区域特色分明,近郊以观赏游览、体验乡村农事等活动为主;远郊平原以观光采摘、森林观光旅游等方式为主;远郊山区主要以野外活动、休闲养老等项目为主。近年来,休闲农业已经成为北京市都市型现代农业与乡村旅游的重要组成部分,并取得显著成效,但也存在如休闲产品无法满足现代消费者需求以及特色产品单一、缺乏创新等问题,制约了北京市休闲农业发展进程。基于此,针对性分析了影响京郊休闲农业提档升级的因素,并提出了相应的对策。

Leisure agriculture is a modern multi-functional agriculture.The leisure agriculture in the suburbs of Beijing has the characteristics of ecological production,ecological landscaping,and product functionalization,which has effectively promoted consumers’consumption of rural tourism,sightseeing,entertainment,and leisure.The development of leisure agriculture in the suburbs of Beijing has distinct regional characteristics,the suburbs mainly focus on sightseeing and experience farming and so on;exurb plain mainly focus on sightseeing picking,forest sightseeing tourism and so on;exurb mountain areas mainly focus on field activities,and leisure pension projects and so on.In recent years,leisure agriculture has become an important part of urban modern agriculture and rural tourism in Beijing,and the development has achieved remarkable results.However,there are also some problems in the development of leisure agriculture in Beijing,such as leisure products have been unable to meet the needs of modern consumers,and the single characteristic products without innovation,which restricts the development of leisure agriculture in Beijing.Based on this,the factors affecting the upgrading of leisure agriculture in the suburbs of Beijing were analyzed,and corresponding countermeasures were put forward.
